Title: If It Bleeds

His latest book of short stories.
MR. HARRIGAN’S PHONE: I liked the concept of this story. The thought of a cell phone ringing in a casket 6 feet underground is creepy. The thought of getting a text message in response is worse.
THE LIFE OF CHUCK: I'm not sure I entirely got this one. I think I read somewhere that if references other works of his that I'm not familiar with.
IF IT BLEEDS: The best of the bunch, for sure. Not until I got to this story did I remember hearing about a reappearance of Holly Gibney. I'm glad I read the "The Outsider" and the Bill Hodges trilogy. It makes this story make a lot more sense.
RAT: Started good and ended meh.
END NOTES: typical Stephen King lately: these really good stories ended with a shrug
